I draw since I was a kid. Creating art was always (still is) my escape from reality, my way of self-expression and most importantly - my dream job.
And now I feel like all this is taken away from me. Like my efforts and soul I put into my art are for nothing. I stand with other artists that are feeling the same and are being negatively affected by AI by putting their artworks in AI datasets without their consent. We're at this point where we have to prove that we're HUMAN artists because it's hard now to tell difference between AI image and art created by humans. This is just highest peak of absurdity.
In my opinion, art is about process, emotions and connecting with other people. AI lacks all of it.
Don't call yourself an artist if you're using AI. You're just a prompter and if you're making money off it you're also a thief
