“Set in the future where auto-closets are standard in every household. One husband steps into his when it is corrupted with a virus. He finds out that he’s trapped as the auto-closet thinks he’s his wife. Even worse: it has the technology to make that true.”It's certainly been a while since I've been back here. Some of you thought I stopped doing this, but I've actually been hard at work over the last few months. You might be wondering why I'm back and what this is. I'm going to start uploading animation trailers to DA and YouTube as a way to draw in new subscribers. These trailers will only be the first minute or two of an animation, so the vast majority of each animation will still be subscriber only.
You can watch the complete version of this animation, by signing up here for only $5 dollars a month. That subscription will also get you 30 comics pages a month (one new page every single day!) and three new animations every month. A subscription will also give you access to the library of premium content on SapphireFoxx.com - which as of this posting stands at 105 comic pages and 9 animations.
If these trailers help fuel new subscriptions, I won't just post new ones here for upcoming animations, but I might also post trailers for the existing animations that I've done in the last few months.
I'm sorry if you don't have a credit card to pay, but please don't beg me to make everything for free. I do this for a living these days, and I would lose a ton of subscribers if I ever started releasing work for free. If you think this system is unfair, would you go to Nintendo and demand every game they make to be free? Would you walk into a book store and ask if you could take a few books for free? Would you walk into a restaurant and ask for a big steak for free? Of course you wouldn't, so why do you think I'm an exception?
In addition to paying the day-to-day bills, the subscribers are also helping to expand on what I'm able to create. I recently purchased a professional drawing tablet, and I'm even starting to look for an artist or two to hire. I hope to have more information on that soon!

while this may be true, "premium" means there is something for free as well. as of yet we haven't gotten much of anything for free recently. i'm not saying EVERYTHING should be free. far from it. just that a small amount should be. give em a taste and they'll pay for more. its a common business strategy.

This is different from a job. This more like a hobby. But even so giving out something for free would not hurt him. A picture of a transformation for example.

It's understandable for an artist to want to monetize his content. What isn't understandable, is that your charging people 60 dollars a year for the same level of content you were making for free. It's a harsh truth but, you haven't tried to advance your animation style in the least. The characters still look like dolls that are being manipulated in a vaguely human-like way. You should honestly take a break from animating and try to improve your animation style the best you can. That'll help net you more subscribers, and help you more in the long run. I wouldn't pay for this level of animation, but I'm sure I'd be able to pay if you were willing to advance your skills to a degree. I know that you have the capacity to evolve your animation-style, however this stuff looks the same as the free content. You're the only guy who still makes TG animations, and I commend you for that. However, you need to focus on the bigger picture. And that involves improving yourself as an animator.

No, i'd just use common sense and go onto the Nintendo E-store. And not sure if those book chappels are common where you live. I believe the normal ones among us call them "libraries".
Whilst I do respect you as an artist and a person, please understand that the way you are doing this is all wrong. $5/month for deviantart grade work is just shockingly offensive. Yes, it's a source of income AND a passion. But still, IMO the current quantity/quality for price isn't working. I'm sorry if this seems harsh, but it has to be said.
Also, you deleted most of my advice on your forums without reading it. So, yeah, screw you on that score. I was like "actual advice" and you went *DELETE*. I'll just watch ur animations on foreign sites. *mutters* At least they have subtitles...

I think you you should make content premium only for a set period of time.
For example If you released it on January 29, premium viewers can watch it. Then on March 29, everyone else can.
I heard about the financial situation and I know its hard, but the fans are suffering. Not a lot of us can afford it.
But I would have to think that after a while, everyone who would pay to see a comic has seen it.
Then maybe everyone else can. I know their has to be some benefit for premium members, I know you have to turn a profit, but there has to be something else for other viewers. I think this could work.

when i buy a game from nintendo, it is mine until i decide to re-sell/give it, i wouldn't ask that at a book store, but i would ask it at a library, and then when i'm done with them i would return them, would i ask for big steak? of course i would, however i doubt they'd give it to me.

Good preview, but it has a serious problem. You don't show any bit of the TG, not a single part of it. How am I supposed to know if the TG aspect of it is any good, if you don't show any part of the TG? Anyway, it's still good, but you just need to show more of what makes your stuff great in order to attract more subscribers.

I understand the need to make it pay-to-view, but you could have at LEAST finished off Stealing From Sis since you made the majority of the story free anyway... No point putting out most of a story and then making the rest pay-to-view.
