A finished drawing of an old sketch of Netto wearing clothes inspired by X's armor from Megaman X: Command Mission.

Design Process:

I was thinking of drawing clothing based on other Rockman for Netto to wear, so I made a few drafts. The one based on X's Command Mission Armor was the best and my favorite one.

When designing the clothes I had to use X as a reference, first, his bandana will have a dark blue stripe in the middle to reflect the colors of X's helmet. Next, the short-sleeved hoodie was designed after X's stockier upper chest armor. A torn red scarf with a pink and orange tinge based on the X Dive artwork. A tank top with a white stripe in the middle, and black shorts with white stripes on the side to reflect X's bodysuit. Finally, a near identical belt with an additional PET Holster with a pocket for Battle Chips. Finally, the gauntlet and boots are based on X's armor.

Abilities:

Speed Gauntlet and Boots - The gauntlets and boots enhance Netto's speed. This allows him to dodge attacks and punish opponents with counterattacks. However, he's still fragile and will take a lot of damage from a powerful attack.

Summon Belt - His belt allows up to summon NetNavis into the real world. During a confrontation with enemy Viruses and NetNavi, Netto can summon up to three ally NetNavis to assist him. It is also an indicator of Netto's health, it glows and beeps if gets low. This sends a signal to any nearby allies for assistance.
