Description
i had a dream of sorts. it was halfway inbetween a lucid dream and a day dream. i was trying to get to sleep, but i had a bad case of insomnia, so eventually i just started to let my mind wander, and I started to almost dream without being all the way asleep. i don't remember what exactly i "dreamt" about, but i distinctly remember feeling as though i was almost sinking into my bed, or falling through it, and it took me ages to shake that feeling. so i drew it. it's not quite a finished peice, cos i'm gonna paint it, but it's not really a scrap, either. my scanner's broken, so this'll have to do for now. once i get to a working scanner, i'll resubmit it. and, for the record, can i say that i HATE hands and feet!!!! GRRRRRRRRR@!$#@%$#!@!! used lots of references for this one. the body position came from a high jumper, the head-neck alignment came from this random sports magazine, the right foot is my mothers, and the left hand is my sisters. the other hand and foot are drawn from mine, and the rest (face, cloth, wings, arms and legs, blah) came from that wonderful lump of grey-green goo known as my mind. enjoy.
