Bio: A living statue, who travels from place to place, looking for new victims to satisfy his bloodlust and kill his boredom, as it's all he ever really has to entertain himself due to being essentially unable to easily talk with people, and being immortal as far as he's aware, having been alive for a good while really makes it boring for him, and is what eventually twisted Viadlo's mind to the murderous person he is now, along with having to spend majority of his time frozen as a statue.
Viadlo wasn't always like this. He used to be a normal human before, albeit still a criminal, and has vague memories of it, however, he's unable to remember what truly happened to him. He only remembers standing face to face with a statue that is now his body, and a few memories featuring a curious man, who only went by the name 'The Troubadour'.

Personality: Cunning, calm, calculative and cruel. Because of his 'affliction' has also become lot more patient than what he used to be. Finds fun and enjoyment in stalking and tormenting his victims mentally before killing them, often leaving knife cuts on people's home walls and surroundings, and appearing to them as a statue, changing pose when they aren't looking, and disappearing and reappering over time. Has a good sense of humour, and feels lonely at times, as due to the nature of his ability, rarely has anyone to talk to, and often ends up talking to himself out loud, or to the people frozen in time.
Resentful towards rich and famous, and political figures due to his past, and generally picks those types of people as victims, along with people he just finds an annoyance, or those that (usually by accident) disrespect his statue form by littering near it, or making a mess, or even just taking a stupid joke picture posing in front of him.
Also very keen on keeping his nature a secret, and seeks to eliminate all those that may threaten that secrecy. Very rarely takes on accomplishes, and even then very commonly gets rid of them when they become a threat, or useless to Viadlo.
Gets very excited when encountering people or other things with the ability to manipulate time, as that gives him the opportunity to move freely without the usual drawbacks.

Physical description: Viadlo appears as a statue made of black smooth stone of great quality. He's wearing a carnival mask with single eye hole with an odd marking under it, and an opera themed cloak over a loose sleeved shirt and a vest, and also wears thick gloves on his hands. He also has a large knife of same black stone hidden in his clothes, which he uses as a weapon.
  While in stopped time, Viadlo retains his statue -like texture and colour, but otherwise his clothes and skin feel like normal ones, moving as he walks etc.
Viadlo, his clothes, and his knife are all made of same material, and are essentially always part of Viadlo, though they can be seperated in the stopped time (With the exception of his mask), but while in statue form, they are physically connected as part of Viadlo, and completely unmoving, like a stone would be.

Skills/Abilities/Fighting style: Viadlo is a statue made of unknown stone-like material, which is a lot harder than normal stone, though not invulnerable, and can still be damaged with enough force. However, this is only true while he won't move. When Viadlo starts to move, time itself freezes for everyone, and everything else, leaving Viadlo as the only moving thing.
  While in a stopped time, Viadlo weighs a lot less, and is very agile, though he also loses his hard statue body, and become susceptible to normal damage, becoming as durable as a normal human, and has all of the weaknesses of one, such as the need to breathe, weakening with loss of blood, and can thusly die. Only thing Viadlo doesn't need compared to humans is food and water, even in the stopped time wher ehe can move.

  Despite the world being frozen in time, Viadlo's interactions with the world and people still affect them, and as such, they can be stabbed by Viadlo's blade, Viadlo can pass through gasses, smoke and small particles, and items can be moved around, for example. (Though bigger things like moving people of heavy time-frozen things around drains Viadlo's time-stopping energy by alot, requiring him to rest for lot longer afterwards. Even rain drains his energy a bit.)
  Once Viadlo is no longer in physical contact with an object, it simply continues to be frozen in time. Items thrown by Viadlo fly a minimal distance before they stop, but they keep the velocity, and continue flying after the time resumes it's flow.
  One of the notable weaknesses of this power are large bodies of liquids, which Viadlo can walk on, but if he were to be surrounded by liquid while a statue in non-stopped time, he would be unable to get out of it in the stopped time due to only being able to interact with small amount of the liquid around them at a time, and would need to rely on someone getting his statue form out of the water, or wait for the water to disappear.

  Viadlo can stop time at anytime by moving at will, but the longer he keeps moving, the longer he's stuck in his statue form afterwards, unable to move, and stop time again (Further increased by moving time-stopped objects in the stopped time), so Viadlo's usual strategy is to stop the time only for few seconds at a time, enough to make a quick attack and then assume a new position as a statue. Another common way for Viadlo to attack is to jump above their target in the stopped time, and then turn to statue, making him fall on the target as a very heavy statue, crushing them, and making it potentially seem like an accident.

Couple seconds of stopped time results in about as many seconds of downtime for the ability, or a little more. Minutes of stopped time turn into hours or easily even days of downtime, and time that's been stopped for an hour or more follows up with about a year of downtime before Viadlo can use the time stop by moving again, and going any further than that will soon start to cause physical problems for Viadlo, as the "flow" of time starts to take toll on his body, and slowly starts to slow Viadlo down and forcing him back to statue form, allowing the time to flow again, and may also result physical damage to the statue due to "time erosion", such as parts of it crumbling or turning more brittle. If forced to his statue form, Viadlo could potentially spend decades of downtime (based on possible damage sustained) as statue, unable to move and stop time.

While a statue, Viadlo can still see (Though only in the direction he's facing, but still the full range of it as if the eyes were still movable), hear and smell normally, and is also immune to extremes of these, and so won't be blinded by sudden bright flashes of light, and can see perfectly in the dark, and isn't deafened by strong noises, or bothered by smells. However, these are only true while in the statue form. If someone were able to produce these effects against his human body in the stopped time somehow, they would work normally.

Lastly, if someone, or something else has the capability to stop time, Viadlo is free to move, and as a bonus, due to not being the one forcing the time to stop, doesn't gain the weakness of being forced to wait in the statue form, and can move as much as they wish without the usual consequences. Viadlo is aware that at least few people in the world have some level of control over stopping time, as occasionally these people stop time, which Viadlo is able to notice, due to that power generally affecting the entire world.

- If someone were to read the statue form's mind, they would only get some barely detectable quiet "noise" out of it at best
- While the statue Viadlo is trapped as was carved as it was, and anything that wasn't carved, such as the body and face underneath the clothes, they take on the form the creator of the statue intended, thus the face under the mask is completely blank and smooth, and the body belongs to a woman, albeit with a "barbie doll" anatomy.
