Well I guess this picture was actually meant for a Spring Contest, but somehow it didn't came out very springly... if this is even a word...
What I wanted to show at the beginning was the Axis, happy after the World War was finally over, looking into a hopefully bright future. The 'Winter' is over, the war has ended and they hope to finally be able to settle down after the horror of the war... especially Italy is veeeeeeeeeery happy to look into the beginning of a new age. He jumps into the air, happieness now finally able to come back into his heart, as the snow and the coldness of the winter, the war goes away to make place for the hope and lightness of a new spring, of a new change~

of course this picture or better to say the meaning of it, is not really correct in the historical view, because of couse the time after the war was not really a bright time for the loser nations... but still... I liked the thought of it... and after all it's just fanart ^^
