Description
Easter has always been a time of joy and lightheartedness but the fact is, it's not because of it's true origin. The figmented Easter Bunny brings children goodies and such on the night before Easter, similar to that of Santa on Christmas Eve. Sadly this has been what was chosen to represent Easter over the years rather then the one who it was truely about, Jesus. Jesus was hanged on the cross and rose three days later, and that is what Easter was meant to celebrate. Not saying it's not ok to like the Easter bunny but don't let him overpower Jesus in our minds.
