Overall, very good! Especially her eyes!
But, her bangs are a little messed up on the left-hand side (Our left, not hers)... I think they want to fall a little closer in to her face. And, you want to have more of a "stroke" with the lineart--That is, lines start out and end up very thin, but go through various thicknesses in the middle. Smudge tool is good for that, but I have also heard tell that a hard-edged eraser set to 10-20% opacity is good, too.
Then, her neck is just a tiny bit too long--It's hard to notice unless you imagine her without the collar, but it's there. If you just move her head down 10-20 pixels, it should fix it
Good work! It's nice to see a digital artist around who hasn't totally over done all those things that people overdo these days
