*Blur throws haymakers at Thanos at machine gun speed, but Thanos barely feels them, and Thanos pummels Blur in response*

BAYMAX: Cleos Moschitta, codename Blur. A Changer with the Changer power of superhuman speed. She's the fastest woman alive.

Hiro Hamada: A Changer with super-speed...just like Quicksilver. BAYMAX, how come Changers are exempt from the Superhuman Registration Act.

BAYMAX: In 1996, Nick Fury convinced the United Nations to pass the Inhuman Registration Act, where Changers had to registerm themselves to the goverment, and thus they would be allowed to operate freely, with the goverment itself answering for any collarateral damage caused by Changer superheroes fighting supervillains. It's what inspired Tony Stark to create the Superhuman Registration Act, althought by now you are aware that Stark did the opposite of what Fury did. Most Changers registrered with the Inhuman Registration Act, and that makes them except from the Superhuman Registration Act. Legally, Stark or S.H.I.E.LD. can't go near them without getting court-martialled.

Hiro Hamada: But Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are Changers, and they joined the Anti-Registration Army...

BAYMAX: They did so because of how disgusted they are at Stark and his actions. The fact that they are immune from the Superhuman Registration act doesn't matter to them.

Hiro Hamada: Well, I'm just glad to know that Changers like Blur still have our backs...
