without the shooting and those things- how do you do the effects of taking a picture and making her face open up to reveal a robot?

Hi,
It's a very simple but a bit time-consuming process. You need to slice the original image to png parts with alpha channel and in Flash you can animate individually these parts. In the Flash I put the robotic face under these images on a separate layer .
It is simple, isn't it?
