I am sorry but I erased Monika's happy ending. What I learned from DDLC is that the Literature Club is a place where no happiness can be found.

This image has entirely inspired me as a musician to start work on an album basing off of the darker side of doki doki literature club, I already completed the instrumental for the first song, and when it's done I plan to upload that song on to youtube, soundcloud, etc. but I would like to know if I have your permission to show this image in my video, if not that's entirely okay, even if it's not shown in the video, I will credit you and your art with that song's creation/inspiration regardless

i leave you be... that last line... reminds me of the way natsuki rights poems, simple but at the end it hits you hard.
I really wish they would show this as the last picture after the credits. if that would happen I would cry so hard (and I love crying as a result of amazing story telling)

I can imagine this happen in the end of game when she tries to restore all girls with this cry and screaming "I'm sorry"

Thank you. This is such a wonderful artwork Sasoura. It is very beautiful, intriguing, and sad all at the same time. The reason why I posted the lyrics? Well, I was listening to the song while I was viewing artwork here on DeviantArt. I just so happen to click on your art work while this part of the song was playing. I was in shock and awe as the thought came into my mind, "This song fits Monika and your artwork so nicely. It help me understand Monika's situation in that she only wanted to feel love and be loved by someone special. Still, her actions lead to the death of three very wonderful characters. It's really sad how everyone was gone by the end of the game. With your permission, could I type a short story about your artwork? I know it sounds silly, but...
