Not sure if I see a tornado, but I do still like this.
At the top, it looks like the rampaging waters of the rapids, and perhaps a waterfall or spout slipping over the edge of land and being blown to the side by a torrent of wind.
That's why I like what you've been doing. A lot of it can really look like something else and what you have in mind at the same time.
