I always thought the red color of the pipe drew the eye, and became the focus instead of the fences. And the green really doesn't belong, since, as you say, it's industrial. But I'm glad you like it!

I think you should play with it so the pipe is greyscale, and the grass and leaves are duller, but I like still like it. ^^
