Zomg... at first I didn't know what to make of this..then I looked closer and was DUDE!
I LOVE the stitches, and the fact that he's poking his OWN guts. The smile is WICKED creepy and the necklace... just seems oddly fitting somehow.

I love the inclusion of his necklace thing and the chains in the background... and EURGGHH the hand and the guts and the folds in the skin and the fingers going in.... IT LOOKS SO SQUELCHY AND SLIMY AND GOOEYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!
