Oh my! It looks like Reptile isn't the last of his kind! Who is this scaly beauty? X3This was a quick pic I've been wanting to draw for a long time now! I had drawn a sketch of her like a year ago, but I lost it so I decided to redraw it! ^^ I tried to keep her design similar to Reptiles as well as making it sexy like every MK gal!
I hope you guys like it, I know Reptile does! XD

I think it's mimicking someone trying to say something intelligent. However, they're so smitten with (insert boy/girl name here) that they can't make legible sentences, thus resulting in a noise that sounds like 'hubba hubba'.
