Ahhhh, this was a fun one to do.
I've wanted to do a finished picture of Ganondorf's Wind Waker version for a long time now, but he's so damn hard to draw! So this drawing took about twice the time that the coloring did, which is rather unusual for me. Anyway, it wasn't a chore, though, and it just breezed by, and I'm rather happy with the result!

I chalk it up to the way men and women have been pitted against each other over the centuries. Girls want someone they can get along with and who will understand them, so I guess some of them (especially young ones) want male "pseudo-girls" who can be male but still understand them well. Plus, well, masculine men can be so intimidating, and girls want someone they can feel safe with instead of fearful of. Personally, I want someone who can understand me well and keep me safe but still look like Ganondorf.

Aww, thank you! But trust me, I don't think he's easy for ANYONE to draw! It took me a solid day of looking at references and sketching before I got him looking even recognizable ... but it's fun to look at pictures of him, so no loss.

That's actually sort of what I like about him. He's evil enough to have that villain hotness about him, but he's a Nintendo character, so they don't really show him doing anything so vile that I can't forgive him for it. And besides, the last scenes of Wind Waker have made me his bitch forever.
There are few villains that I really like, only because most of them are poorly executed and don't have Ganon's style or presence.

Or are so easily defeated by a boy with an old, dull sword. Kinda makes you think about what his past times are, besides taking over Hyrule
