Luckily I noticed that the piece of ground wasn't missing but just upside down for some reason,so I did my best to rotate it back into position,there might be little gaps,but I did my best.

I converted this from a GTA SA mod bc I can't figure out how to get the VC map ported from the actual files,soo this will do,probably.
It's been a really long time since I've played this game so I might not be able to tell if something doesn't look right.

Just like the GTA SA map,I left this part in it's original location so that when loaded in with other map parts,it will fit seemlessly.

If you want to convert this to other formats feel free to do so,but keep it free for everyone.

For XPS 11.8

Also also,I'll be doing the entire map if possible.
And it has that weird clipping/flickering that idk what to do about
