Brave new world for Prompto, ep 2: Lost dog

Prompto recovered from falling from that portal again.
It's been hours since he ended up in this strange new world, and met with his new friends, Terra, Squall,Zidane and Lightning.
They fought a clown being named Kefka, who Terra knew from her world as a evil being.They won against him and continued to investigate this strange new world, until they found a portal, leading to snowy mountains: Terra's world. Then something odd happened. The world started to pixelise like in a videogame and a scary dragon like creature known as the Planesgourger attacked them. It forced them to evacuate via a portal. However, when Prompto tried to follow his friends, he was caught by the dragon and serperated from his friends.

Prompto thought he was done for. That the interdimensional dragon would erase him from existence. Fortutatly, as the dragon crossed another portal,it accidently dropped Prompto on the grassy ground. The young man was still alive, but was sad to be once again seperated from his friends.

"*Sigh*First Noct, then Gladio and Iggy and now them? Why am I losing my friends?" Prompto cried.

He searched for his phone, but couldn't find it.
"Sigh. No more King's knight either." he said , sadly. He looked at his suroundings. He was back in the desert area. He could see a blue tower in the distance. "That's Materia's tower?" he asked himself. "If I go there, Noct will be there." Before he could leave, Prompto heard a bark.
The young spiky blond freckled young man searched for the source of the bark. It didn't take him long to find it. A black and white dog ran to him. He sat next to him and wagged her tail.
Prompto loved dogs. He went closer to the canine. "Hey there boy, are you lost in this world too?" he asked the dog. petting him. The dog replied with a whine. "You lost your master in this odd world?"
The dog suddently peeked his ears up. He growled at something...behind Prompto.
The young man turned to face… a crystaline humanoid figure strangely looking like Noctis?
"Noct? No, something's not right…" said Prompto. The crystaline version of Noctis summoned his sword and was prepared to attack Prompto.
Prompto suddently heard a gun shot. He dodged while moving the dog out of the way.
When the coast was cleared, he got up, facing a crystaline version of himself, holding a crystaline gun.
"Hi there opening!" said Prompto's crystal doppleganger.

"No fair, that's my line!" spat Prompto.

Prompto summoned his own gun and shot his doppleganger.
The crystal clone dodged.
"No fair!" Prompto cried. The clone had the same moves. The fight was going to be tough.
Prompto bearly dodged Manekin Noctis's warp strike and fell down.
He was at the tip of the Noctis clone's blade.

Prompto was expecting the worse...until a female figure punched the Noctis Manekin and sent it on the ground. Prompto looked up.
The young woman had long black hair and was dressed in a white tank top, black shirts and black sleeveless gloves with knuckles. She turned to Prompto. "You're okay?" she asked. "Yeah, I am!" Prompto replied with a smile. "Thanks for the help mam!"
The young woman nodded and smiled back to Prompto.
They heard the dog bark. The two faced as the Noctis Manekin had dissapeared but the Prompto Manekin was still up ready to fight again.
'Will you be able to fight?" the young woman asked.
Prompto summoned his gun. "Of course mam!" Prompto used his Piercer ability, which caught his Mankin doppleganger off guard while the young woman used an uppercut on the Manekin. The Prompto Manekin was down for the count.

"That was awesome!" Prompto told the young woman.
"My name's Tifa Lockhart, from Midgar." she told Prompto. "Midgar, it's not a city I know. That means you're from a different world too."
"That is obvious." Tifa replied. "And you are?"
"Prompto Argentum, from Insomnia!" Prompto replied with his usual enthousiastic tone.
Tifa laughed. "You look abit like him but you are more cheerful then he is."
"Who's that?" Prompto asked.
"My friend, Cloud Strife." Tifa added." He dissapeared again a few weeks ago.And a few days ago, I ended up in this world as well." she explained.
"The same thing happened to my buddy Noctis!" Prompto explained."And as I was searching for him with my other friends, I ended up here as well."
"Why not searching for our friends together?" Tifa suggested. "Plus I doubt you can handle this all by yourself."
"I can stand for myself thank you!" said Prompto. "Yeah but I do need some help. The first allies I made here, well, I got seperated from them because of a weird dragon, which brought me here." The dog caught up to Prompto and Tifa.
"Is she yours?" Tifa asked.
"She? It's a girl? No! That's not my dog! I found her when I ended up here." He noticed the collar around the dog's neck and the medal attached to it. "Angelo...return to Rinoa Heartilly from Timber."
"At least we now know her name, who she's belongs to and where she comes from." said Tifa.
"That is if this Rinoa is in this world as well." said Prompto.

"Why not search for her?" Tifa suggested. "If we find her mistress, we'll also find our friends as well.
"I was supposed to head for Materia's tower." said Prompto. "Maybe we'll find all of them there."
"Sounds good to me!" Tifa replied.

Prompto,Tifa and Angelo started off, continuing their journey to Materia's tower.
Little did they show that two figures were watching them in the shadows.

"So, the prince's best friend ended up here as well?" said a figure clad in a coat.
"You know this boy?" asked the second figure, clad in dark armor.
"Yes, I know him too well, along with his royal friends." said the first figure.
