It's just enough to know it was liked enough for it to be shared. I can't wait to do more once Thor's costume is done now, especially since I've fixed up my Loki a bit more. Just need a perfect setting now. So jealous of your snow shots, we've not had any snow this year

I understand you so bloddy much!
My Thor still has to sew his version of Thor 2. And I have so many versions of Loki I want to make this year. And so many ideas for shootings.
So I really know how bad it is, the right Cosplay isn't finished or you haven't the right setting.
Oh don't be jealous.. we had have a frozen waterfall to shoot nearly to our city but we can't shoot there the next time because of no time till friday. And maybe it isn't cold enough then and it melted.

We got really lucky today actually! The shop my Thor works in got a red cape in as part of their stock! It just needs a little altering and it's perfect, with more than enough left over for his shirt and vambraces. We are so chuffed about that. 

I know that feeling too. I really want to do more versions of Loki, maybe the outfit he wears when not in armour from the first film, but I do prefer Loki with longer hair over all to cosplay. ; A ;

It's really hard to find nice settings too, especially round where I live

Omg a frozen waterfall! Now I have to be jealous haha. I hope it's still frozen by the time you get there, but I bet it'd look good even if it wasn't frozen. Waterfalls are always a great setting. Good luck for it though! I can't wait to see your next photos when you can get to them

Unfortunately yeah, locations are so difficult. We have some awesome churches and cathedrals here that would be great for Asgard photos, since they have pillars, but since it's a place of worship, not viable. ah well.

I just think a waterfall is awesome haha. I wish we had a proper one around here I could get close too.

And it's no problem! I love seeing everything other people do, especially other Loki cosplayers. All the different pictures and takes on him are the best thing. 

Also I hope you don't mind, but I was kind of inspired by your sewn lips photos and decided to mess about with make-up and give it a go. I don't know if I'll post any yet, but I wanted to let you know so you could tell me if you have a problem with it

Yeah, churches... it's a difficult thing too. I can't give you a hint to find a good setting for this awesome norse gods because it's hard, but I think you will find some.

I totally agree with you! Everyone of them should inspire yourself and we should enjoy good work by others as a very nice fanservice. We are all in the same fandom. So why this enviousness? Just because someone want to be the best of all? That would be the most stupid thing ever.

Just try it. I will do it also again because it was just a spontaneous idea. I will look after a better implementation. I'm not lucky with it.

To be honest, I've never noticed any enviousness? But maybe I just don't see it, I'm pretty oblivious sometimes. I just like to look at everyone and see what everyone comes up with

Thank you! I didn't want you thinking I stole the idea or anything (as much as it can be stolen anyway, since it happens in the myths and all) I'm going out soon, but I'll edit them when I get in and see if I like any. If I post them, I'll let you know

Uhm well, I needed to ask for help with the Loki Cosplay. As example how they got the zipperstops and something like that. And no one answered me. Although they have blogs where they obviously wanted to help other cosplayers. And at Conventions they never come over to you to speak with you. Just as example. It's like 'oh yeah, not bad...but I'm better.' or like they're afraid to help someone who could make a better cosplay. Idk.

Aw that's a shame. I actually was able to improve my cosplay immensely with tips from another Loki cosplayer at a convention, so I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't get to have the same experience. Everyone at the con was really friendly, especially because I'm pretty shy when it comes to that kind of stuff. I hope next time it works out different and you get to talk to people  

Also, I posted my lips sewn pictures here  if you were still interested but if you're not, no worries <3 Thank you again for inspiring me to try it out too

Yeah, so far it's all been really good.

Possibly, I hope it doesn't stay that way though. If not, you'll just have to come to cons over here haha.

Yeah, it was fun to play around with make-up for a bit, even if a bit of thread really wouldn't stop Loki at all haha
