Is this the lamest villain in Teen Titans or what!? He tries to be so evil, so schemingly scary and yet all he comes across as is a total Titans fan-boy. The scariest moment I have ever witnessed was between him and Beast Boy as they extolled the virtues of a brand new sci-fi movie that had come out on video. Brrr!Drawn and coloured in PS CS2 with Wacom Volito2 tablet.
Total time 4 1/2 hours.
