What if, the turtles had a baby sister. She was left behind to the wrong hands eventually been sold off to the Foot Clan to become a deadly assassin. Her eye isn't as damaged though, her new fake eye is full of technology, that can scan and reading things right there and then. Gaining a terrifying design. Her prosthetic arm is designed to be a weapon.
Even though she has a katana.

Has a mask that has a creepy smile, just because the master complained that she doesn't smile enough.

Some of her accessories can glow in the dark.

Everyone at the HeadQuarters in Japan started calling her Cyborg. She's taken that name.

Cyborg is related to Raph, Donnie, Leo, Mikey, and Master Splinter. However, neither party doesn't know that, till Draxum realized who that she turtle really is.

Cyborg is a Eastern Paint turtle.
