Okay, I will admit that the body movements are a bit jerky, but for a looping animation with an intricate background and wonderful color job to it, I was willing to look past that jerkiness.

Nice start. the head and body movements are great, and you played with the ear overlap which brings the animation alive, but there is a lot of poppyness in the arms/hoofs, which can cause some confusion as to what they are doing. The lowerbody being cut off doesnt help, but if you added more inbetweens for the arcs in the arms/hoofs it would add a lot of clarity! or you could reduce the distance the hoofs move between keys, allowing for a smoother transition with such few frames since they wouldn't have to move as far.
Either way the characters have a lot of feeling, and the acting is great.

Wait, a scene from Madoka...? Madoka Magica, right? I can't think of a scene like this and I watched the whole series twice... *thinkysquishyface* (/)= 3

It is actually a small moment in the Madoka movie previews. It sent the entire shipping scene into a frenzy since it was the only gif that really demonstrated a true reciprocating action between the two (aside from hugs). I don't very much recall if it was an actual scene in the movie though.
