finished that lil sketch of rupert’s spectre form!! i preserved more of his actual traits rather than going all out and making him look like a more plausible OFF character just bc personal preference :V
i tried to match his attacks n such with the fact that he’s an angel in canon (creates the other spectres that he’s breathing out, classical talking bc renaissance-esque sounding, fallen angel bc obviously, and major accord bc the definition of accord is something harmonious/a treaty and also bc it’s a healing move)
i haven't figured out his stats yet :v
