EDIT: added png and psd files.this is my second one!
i actually really like this one ^^
included in the download is the base as well as 4 different interchangeable expressions
*sai file! if this proves to be an inconvenience for you, i can send you a png file as well for photoshop or gimp.
please when using this base:
1. credit me in the artist description
2. only make minor changes, such as adding your own expressions
3. link back here when you do sumthin with it!
4. can be used for all adoptables. Cash points trade anything!

I'm sure you've figured it out by now, but just in case you haven't you go up to where it says "Shop" next to "Submit" and you click on your points or your point balance and you can buy some there. You can also get points from selling adopts, or bases like this one. If you have a generous friend with points they might give you some, but don't go around begging. xP

I did, but it didn't download right and I couldn't open it. So then I just clicked refund because I don't have many points and I was afriad that I wouldn't be able to get them back since the file didn't work.

Ahh, that's because it's a .zip file, which is kind of like a folder that you need to open. I understand though.

Yeah, because I got the .zip file and I got the PGN file but it won't work in MS Paint, which is what I use.

Hmm, I might know a way but it is a little confusing to describe on here. Maybe you can trace the outline and then white out the inside of the base to make it MSP friendly?
