Tentacool was the encounture for the azure bay, as it was one of the first things i had no choice but to run into, as they are waaaaay too common here. I named him Jelly Squish, because my fav part of their design is that it just reminds me of a jellyfish with police lights on its head. I did this drawing... well last night, in about 20min or so... I had completely forgotten to do the art for this one, so i there something together real quick and figured adding the water background would make it more interesting and make up for having forgotten this poor guy. It was pretty simple though, with layer effects making the colors really pop and add alot of depth with just a couple of simple blotches of color
