Not necessarily, Chris Savino did a past work where a young character was interested in his Mom's "assets" in "The Complex Adventures of Eddie Puss" (warning the link contains a comic aimed at adults, it is Not Safe for Work): imgur.com/a/ikrgs so scenes like the one in the recent episode might just be subtle nods/jokes at Savino's own past work.
