The funny thing is, I completed this drawing last night. So, things didnβt entirely go to waste.
On a lighter note, the new Spongebob episode did give me drawing material. Expect that soon.

Well, it looks like SpongeBob SquarePants wins again. What did you expect? It's Nickelodeon's show, after all. Besides, today's toons are total trash. I miss the good old days, when the cartoons were funny and edgy. Bring back Tiny Toon Adventures, that cartoon was funny.

It's as if the award show was geared to KIDS and was mostly voted on by KIDS who watch the network that hosts the award show. Who would have thought that the Nickelodeon KIDS Choice Awards would have ended that way?
I'm only salty about the people being salty and throwing around the word "rigged" without any actual proof aside from the sponge's winning streak. It takes more than that to prove a potential rigging. I mean no disrespect to the network, the nominees, the winner, or the kids who voted.

I heard Phineas and Ferb actually got more votes one year. But still lost to Spongebob. Not to mention The Thundermans won over Girl Meets World. I'm sticking by it.

Its just because there are so many spongebob fans, and there isnt one other show that was equally popular. so if people dont vote for 1 it splits it and goes to spongebob. just like the most recent Canadian election.

You guys need to remember that this is "KIDS" Choice Awards. Not Fanboy choice awards. Gravity Falls and Steven Universe are awesome cartoons in their own right (especially Steven Universe because I love that show) but Spongebob is super popular and it still is today despite it being "downhill" as you people say. You saying the favorite cartoon category being rigged is a very bias,stupid,and unjustified reason to say Spongebob shouldn't win. That's your hatred talking in your mind. Who are you to say that the show was rigged because your favorite cartoon didn't get picked. Cry me a river. It's not the end of the world. Kids love Spongebob and that's the reason it keeps winning. The Kids. It's not Nickelodeon's fault. Just be happy that they even nominated Gravity Falls and Steven Universe in the first place. All I'm saying is, Don't let hatred blind you of reality.

No surprise that Spongebob won. It wins every year.
To be fair though, Spongebob has gotten better in terms of episodes since with Stephen Hillenburg back in the foray, the quality has improved.
As for TTG, good that it didn't win. I wished that either Gravity Falls or Steven Universe won because those shows had a lot of potential. Too bad they care for their big moneymaker. Don't worry. Those two shows deserve a blimp in my book.
