Yep, you're going to see even more nostalgic art from me! So yes, I really enjoyed Kappa Mikey as a kid, watched it all the time on Nicktoons back when it aired. No, it was supposed to be a good parody of Japanese anime, but because it never made much of an attempt to parody tropes associated with that particular medium/genre, it ended up as a run-of-the-mill comedy.
