**The sun crawled towards the horizon as Uru held Mufasa and Taka in her arms at the edge of Pride Rock. Ahadi and Fahari emerged from the cave were Mohatu now lied. Ahadi came over and nuzzled Uru, "He wants to see you." Ahadi looked crushed, his eyes were wet and his face was bleak. Uru nodded and handed Mufasa and Taka over to Ahadi and she headed into the cave. "Daddy," she said softly. "There you are, little star" Mohatu attempted to get up shakily. "Don't get up" Uru said as she felt a pain in her heart. Mohatu was frail and tired looking, but he also looked like he was in agony. "I hate seeing you like this, Daddy," Uru said with tears in her eyes. "I know little star, but I... I want to see my little grandsons grow up. I want to see you be a great mother, even though you already are." He managed a weak smile which Uru returned. "You can't keep living in this kind of pain."
"I can't let go either, princess... That little golden cub, he has great things in his future. So does Taka. And I want you to tell Ahadi... tell him that I am proud of him and that he will be the king this pride deserves."
Uru nuzzled close to her father, "I will Daddy." She helped him lower his head on to his paws. Mohatu put one paw over Uru's. "You," Mohatu coughed, "you tell me when you're ready."
Uru shut her eyes tight as tears continued to fall. "You can let go now, Daddy."
And with those words, the great dark maned king took his last breathes beside his daughter and the sun had set. **

When I first heard the song I bawled my eyes out and I kept picturing these two. Lots of emotion here...
