Description
This is Archie Barnes the silent movie star From Be cool, Scooby Doo. Series 2 episode 13 "Silver scream".Now, the guy in the picture is the REAL Archie Barnes, not the crook in a ghost costume you see in the cartoon.
The idea is that this is happening at the top of his career, when he is a very publicly known figure.
I would like to ad that this is one of those characters that does not have a lot pictures online, so I had trouble drawing this. I could not find a full body shot of him.
