First in a series of coloured elf-type-thingys... This one's blue (duh) and has stars in the background. Next I shall do 'Green Elf'.

I prefer to look at this picture zoomed out to at least 30%, but that might be just me. When I started this picture I was just messing with painting straight onto a dark background, and a face took shape. I left out the mouth on purpose (I don't think my next one will have a mouth either), but I don't know why I did the whatsit under the nose. It looks kinda strange, so maybe I'll remove it later. The ears... they were added after the hair, because I forgot about them until I had almost finished. *Hopes it doesn't show too much*
