Bio: Makar was born without teeth, as a result of a little screw up by one of the scientists. Thankfully, Silvyy got the idea of giving him copper and gold, reshaping them into teeth duplicates, and hammering them in there. His purpose was to lead Silvyy's submarine army to marine warfare. As the underwater expert, he's gifted in underwater combat, as well as a marksman. He's the third member of Rampage's brethren.

Fun fact: The initial design for Strife is based off of the Leopard Seal (I call him Omega.) from The Pebble and the Penguin.
