Yup, Megaspinosaurus has a family named after it, the Megaspinosauridae. It's relatives are based off of other spinosaurs but some of them are entirely fictional.

In my game Fossil Fighters Champions Spinosaurus has this super evolve form called Despino he almost looks like this just has different head shape and no spiked club on its tail and is blue colored. Awesome btw.
