So, this is a what if pic I have thought of for a long while and made a quick pic to upload.An idea of Cap's biggest fan, Phil Coulson, either being a new Captain America or an alternate universe where Phil Coulson IS Captain America.
Made a costume where the red and white stripes are more used while the blue is more navy blue. I did intend to have a prostectic hand like in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D show but ended up making wrist devices that make the holo shield. (I kinda made it up as I went along)
So yeah, what do you think of this?
