Truthfully, I wasn't happy with Midna's character model when I released episode 8 of Zelda UO. It just didn't feel like Midna to me. I thought the face was perfect. But the rest of her body didn't seem like it had Midnas' proportions. Plus, there was an issue with her runes (the glowing lines all over her). They didn't render correctl when I took a screen of her model. Last time I had to do a screen capture of the swf file to make them work right. So I remade her character model for the THIRD time. Lol. Photoshop and flash you can get at the adobe website for $600 each, but there's other ways which are illegal, and I'm not supposed to tell you what; if you want them you need to get them yourself.
As for tutorials, newgrounds.com may have a few here and there, but mostly you need to go and test things yourself. It may take time though and you don't become famous instantly.

The left Midna looks taller compared to the right one, I think Midna on the right definitely looks more like herself. Both are good though, but the details on the right one are an improvement for sure.
Love the shading on her helmet, it looks quite 3D.

They're supposed to. It makes it easier to draw. You can change that though so it makes the lines smoother.

I think there is a story in it haha maybe something happens to minda and that's why she returned that shape or maybe that's other minda I don't know this are just suggestions haha...

It looks a lot better in both detail and and physique. She's a lot smaller now and looks more like she did in TP.

Even though she looks adorable in the newer version, she got shorter and less detailed, though her markings are more visible. But still its better. :3

Yay! I didn't even notice the faded glow for Ep. 8 Midna, but I have to admit I like the glow of the Ep. 9 one better. It makes her look more like a Twili and less like a dying glowstick. (Not that she looks like a dying glowstick - it's just the glow part.)

This is a great improvement of your character design. It does include features that make her, her! Like how you made her body into proportion and the high lights on her body, including the roundness of her face. Keep it up brothr, you're doing an awesome job with flash animation!
