this is a great little website template made to help give programmers a good start with making a website.i now have included in the download 3 versions. the first is the original version its as2 compatible and has rather sloppy code. then there's V2 which has two files for that one. one is AS2 compatible and another that's AS3 compatible.
all code for V2 is improved, to be more efficient, easier to implement and is more professional in general.

i don't know what that is...if you mean "is that an amazingly set out form for a web site" then the answer is yes.
but if you mean "is that a form from somewere else". than my answer is no i made it my self, i did it for a friend at work that wanted to learn button interactivity.
