So, here's a quick step-by-step on how I've been making pictures lately. It's helped a lot. x)1. Draw stick figures for how you want your pose to be. Doesn't even have to be proportional. Just the simplest sketch of how you want your poses to look. (If you're drawing on paper, do it very lightly).
2. Draw your outline. (Digitally, lower the opacity of your Sketch layer and make sure you draw on another layer!!). On this layer, you're drawing out the actual bodies. Not hair and clothes yet, but just the structure and outline of the bodies. If it doesn't line up with the stick figures, it's ok. That was just a sketch to help you draw this outline!
3. Add on clothes, hair, face, and any extras! Add in line details and even a background.
4. Color everything in! You can add shading and lighting, I've been only doing flat colors lately. I just can't shade and I can't find a style that I like, so flat colors look best to me rather than a messed up shaded picture.
5. Then, you're finished project! fav.me/d6h5n6w
If it helps, awesome, if not, well, ok! XD It's just kinda an idea of how I draw lol. It's helped me A LOT. So I thought maybe it could help others.
