Ganondorf Personality and Powers: Ozai is ruthless, cold, and calculating. He is also shown to have an ego, believing that only he is worthy to rule any kingdom and showing an arrogant sense of entitlement. One of Ozai's most defining traits is his unquenchable lust for power. Many of his actions are driven by his unending hunger to increase his dominion over the world. He is also a skilled strategist, as he is implied to have manipulated many other beings to get what he wants. Ozai has the powers of Dark Magic. He can also create countless monsters, freeze anything, fly, imprison, warp, lightning and open up a portal to another dimension. In addition, he also has amazing strength. He was also implied to have gained immortality from a power source. He is also capable of generating a barrier powerful enough to protect him from anything. In addition, he can also bestow entities with immortality as well as guaranteed revival from death so long as he himself doesn't perish beforehand. He can also create Phantoms.
Megatron Histroy and Personality: During the old days, Ozai was bold, fearless, and a warrior. Ozai had noticed a disparity in freedom among the classes of his race and that the ruling class was corrupt and all-powerful, which he turned rhetorician as he was trying to effect change to this. In drawing other Fusemon. Ozai then revealed his true colors as he arrogantly demanded the Fusemon Council to use violence as a necessary component in society, threatened to overthrow them as he demanded. However the Fusemon Council told him that they did not believe in violence as a answer. Angry with there response, he came up with a dark plan. He killed one of the Council members, and pinned the blame on someone else. The Council thought that Ozai was a hero, and was about to become a member. However Draximus (A member of the Council) found out about Ozai's plan from his son, and told the Council. He was then banished by the Council, and was forced to leave the Fusemon world. During the years Ozai became scheming, fierce, egotistical, sadistic, and cruel. Over the years he build a army to destroy the Fusemon world. and rebuild a new kingdom in his own image. He was very manipulative and persuasive, as he was able to rally an army of Fusemon to his cause and gain loyalty from several individuals. Ozai is mainly concerned with gaining power and would eliminate anyone who stood in his way. He also did not like to back down from a fight probably due to his time as a warrior. He was also extremely prejudice, believing all life in the galaxy was second to the Fusemon. Ozai is a powerful, dangerous and highly skilled combatant as befits a warrior.  He fights with ferocity and no fear, but he tempers that with sheer cunning. He is a cunning tactician who deserves the title warlord. In addition to his power, ferocity, skill, and intelligence, he is a very skilled and persuasive orator, and is good at winning the hearts and minds of others, the proof for that is in the fact that he was able to rapidly gather a number of loyal followers.
Crocodile Personality: Ozai is self-assured, confident in himself and in his abilities. He enjoys toying with weaker opponents, often grinning and laughing smugly during battle. His willingness to kill shows his pitiless nature, and he does not think twice about sentencing another person to death. He is also very quick to get angry if someone insults or ridicules him in any way. As such he killed everyone who had ever insulted him. To be fair, by his own admission, he is not always rational. Despite his low tolerance for receiving insults, he has a habit of insulting others and frequently used the word "worthless" to refer to the desperate struggles of his enemies. Ozai is known to insult others and generally imply that they are far inferior to him, whether he's fighting a rookie or a Council member. If Ozai is extremely angry or annoyed with his victim, he will rarely kill them outright, instead leaving them to suffer as they slowly die. Ozai shows no emotional concern for any of his subordinates. He is fully willing to sacrifice them to achieve his ambitions. He showed no true attachment, affection, or trust toward these people and viewed them only as pawns. The only person he trusted was his son. Despite all this, Ozai may not be entirely immune to the idea of respecting someone other than himself. Ozai has been shown to almost completely lack any code of honor. He valued military power above popularity, renown, and treasure. He has shown a complete lack of fear and doubt.
Dormammu Powers: Ozai  is composed of pure mystic energy, eclipsing even the greatest of sorcerers in terms of raw power and the ability to manipulate the forces of magic.
Ozai is virtually indestructible due to his energy form composed of raw magical energy which is increased and replenished, at least partially, by worship throughout various dimensions. Ozai can banish all from his domain but usually opts to fight them. Ozai  possesses some degree of superhuman strength. He is capable of using his magical powers to augment his strength, enabling him to lift well in excess of 100 tons. He also has the ability to alter and shape object in his Dimension to a weapon of his choosing. Ozai can use portals that allow him to view and/or step both within or between other dimensions, as well allowing to transport power and object through them. He can use his mystical energy to enable himself to fly at supersonic speeds. He can transform. Control the elements. Ozai is nearly immune to harm both physical and mystical. Ozai can also increase his size to incredible levels, which greatly increases his strength. He also has a healing factor, where if he takes heavy damage, he can heal it. Because of his past as a warrior, he is expert at hand to hand combat. However even with all this powers, he does have limits. The power he has, comes from his Dimension that was banished too. So if he where to fight outside of it, he would be weakened.
Monster X Personality and Powers: Ozai displays true malice in his battle with his enemys, fighting viciously and relentlessly. Ozai is still extremely powerful. He is often referred as Kaiser Ozai *which is German for emperor*.
Giratina Powers: Ozai was banished for his violence, and was sent to an alternate dimension. However he gained the powers to travel to other dimensions, while trapped in there.
Its unclear how though. He can also learn the same moves as Giratina.
Gengar Personality and Powers: Ozai hide in the shadows. Ozai loves tormenting people, hurting them and overtaking them. He can absorb any surrounding heat, leaving a sudden chill. Ozai can slip into anyone's shadow and silently waits for an opportunity to attack. And can learn the same moves as Gengar.
Mewtwo Powers: Ozai is highly adept at utilizing his psychic powers, displaying telekinesis and telepathy as well. And can learn the same moves as Mewtwo

Update 2/7/2016 I replaced Gekko moria, Shao Kahn, Hades, Cherubimon, and Ultraman Belial with, Spawn, Giratina, Gengar, Mewtwo, and Monster X. *BTW this edit was made on that date, however this was added 2/13/2016 i hope that clears that up.
