This was an Idea I had awhile back. I had a mini story where Peridot found Bastion, and befriended it. She’d probably find Bastion extremely fascinating, as Earth didn’t have anything like him as far as she knew.
And given a certain scene in the short, she’d probably be scared of him for a minute if the situation is she’s all alone with him, but after seeing his reaction when he snaps out of it, she’d probably approach him and convince him to come back with her to the Barn.
