Description
a redesign of an old character i created years ago.

his name is Syclone "not really that's what he calls himself now" and he was subject to alien experiments and such for some reason. they're testing did work but had a bad side effect in that he becomes mentally unstable if he does to much with both sets of arms because his mind can't handle the multi tasking needs required by the extra set of arms. he originally had 4 swords, but i decided to switch 2 of those with laser pistols.

Syclone has been updated and now appears in my webcomic series Dan's Voyage! come check it out!
