the TBC stands for "Toad Bicycle Club" which is a rag-tag group of my co-workers and I who 1) regularly commute to work by bicycle and 2) meet for coffee every Wednesday and Friday before work. the story behind the image (and "membershiop" into the club) is I collided with a co-worker on a rain-slick and toad-covered section of trail one day on the way into work. "membership" is granted when you collide with another rider from the TBC...and the "presidency" is decided by the greatest amount of commuting miles for the year. i'm going to win it back as I currently have 4100 miles and it's mid-October!
