Description
This is a photo of my doll, Christine.I copied a layer and reduced the contrast, then partially erased out features that I wanted to stand out. then I dorpped the opacity of the contrast adjustment layer, merged the two together and reduced the contrast again. also I added a simple frame to make the greys stand out a little more.

I think u have done this very well because its impossible to tell the technique that u have used but yeah it does make certain parts stand out and makes the lighting work a lot better.
