Male, Female; Canine, Feline; Day, Night; The universe is full of dualities and opposites. Some of these may seem more preferable, but the wisdom, especially of eastern thinkers shows us that we need both to survive. Neither the male nor the female can exist in a vacuum, and similarly, there is no light without also dark. One can learn a lot from the author of Genesis, who, after describing all of these opposites, God declared them to be "good".
