Kelly McDowell was a sickly child growing up. Her pale skin kept her indoors and no matter how much she ate she seemed to wither away day to day. the only times she felt better was when she was in real close proximity to people, however the longer they stayed near her the worse they felt.

One day Kelly had enough of feeling bad. As her father started moving away from her when he started feeling weak, she grabbed him and kept him close. He was drained of his life and died, but Kelly's body crackled with energy.

The power courseing through her body made her feel amazing! She would never go back to being sickly. Her mom busted in to see what was taking her husband so long and Kelly shot her with a low level discharge of electricity rendering her mom unconcious.

Locking her mother and two sisters in the celler to be drained at a future date if needed, Kelly renamed herself Sparx and went on a rampage draining as many people as she could before getting caught and incarcerated in the Dam. Now free, she plans to continue her rein of terror in Eastwater.
