Description

So recently I rebought Star Wars The Force Unleashed on Nintendo Switch - not like I didn't have it on PS2 and PSP, but I like it. Its graphics aren't good, but I really liked, that this game back then was released for PS2 too. Back then I didn't have an Xbox 360 nor a One. And this game was all over the place. The Hype was as big for me, as... actually no other Star Wars game after this. I remember the Xbox 360-demo, where you could cause havoc in the Tie-fighter-factory and it was marvelous.

The PS2-version might not have had the great graphics or the capabilities of Xbox 360 or PS3, but at least in this / those versions you got to visit more places, which weren't in the original Force Unleashed (before the Ultimate Sith-Edition, where you'd be visiting Hoth, Tatooine and the Jedi-Temple for the most frustrating jumping-puzzle ever). In the PS2-version you got to the Jedi-Temple three times (one being the scene, where Starkiller meets the ghost of his father, which originally was on Kashyyyk, when the Empire had it occupied), but you also get to Bespin to rescue Senator Garm Bel Iblis from a Gungan-gangster and a Mandalorian, who actually introduced the first Basilisk-droid ever seen in Star Wars-media.

Unfortunately you aren't able to pull down the Stardestroyer on Raxus Prime yourself. It is just a cutscene - though I'm kinda glad, I didn't have to slog through the process of destoying waves of Ties only to see, that the ISD had rearranged itself, and I had to start over pulling it into the right position to bring it down.

Oh, and I love, how the storm-/ clonetroopers who acompany Vader actually are his personal legion the infamous 501st.
