Description
Devlin was found by a Mandalorian bounty hunter as a street urchin. The bounty hunter saved him from a cartel, killing Devlin's captors as part of a job. He then took the boy under his wing, making him a foundling. He was raised far away from Mandalore, leading him to have little connection with other Mandalorians, but his upbringing made him an abject professional at bounty hunting. He quickly became a well known bounty hunter under his master, and when his master went back to Mandalore to take his place as an elder of his clan, he inherited some of his old armor.

Devlin soon was given the moniker of the Wolf, known for his tracking and tenacity. He fought with a blaster in each hand, and took bigger and bigger bounties, allowing him to expand his armor and ship, until he was able to be decked out in Beskar iron.
