HAPPY PI-DAY, EVERYONE!!!

So, in honor of Pi-Day... I made this OC! Here is the final result!!

INTRODUCING... THE GREAT MASCOT FOR THIS LOVELY DAY...
MR. PI!!!

Mr. Pi (or 3.14) is a figure with very unnatural glowing power and speed. Mr. Pi isn't really qualified to have a specific gender, but really nothing. So, Mr. Pi is reffered to as an 'it', still ignoring the logic of his name. But to make it easier, everyone reffers to 'it' as an adult male. He can glow all over his body, wether it is from his wings, limbs or his head, his glowing power can simpily blind unsuspecting enemies hence without them knowing. And sometimes, this sudden burst of light can happen due to an unknown emotion outbreak but it isn't know if he can have any emotions. Flames always cover his feet and he leaves sparks in his tracks. Hence his glowing power, Mr. Pi is very easily spotted in the dark and can be easily found. His attacking power is energy from his palms and the extremely high speeds granted by his enourmous wings. Green orbs also surround him, but no one knows what it signifies. It's the same with the numbers floating around him, but that also has to deal with his name. Mr. Pi is known to be a very silent killer, but it's unknown on his language and voice. He occasionally makes a shreiking noise or it may sound like he is humming numbers, but the thing is he ALWAYS has his mouth covered. There was once an incedent where he uncovered his mouth and the whole city had a blackout for months. Mr. Pi is a very mysterious and dangerous killer. Be on the lookout. . .
