Description
This is Kayliee (Formerly Enitan), one of the original Earth Dimension Enforcers.

Kayliee, Loric, and Scamp are the only survivors from the original team formed of Enforcers from the Earth Dimension for the Election (Their Leader Wyntir's status is currently unknown.) She is the life partner of Bronwyn, having formed a strong bond with her after being stranded in her Dimension. Bronwyn became the only being that Kayliee herself endorsed to join and transition into an Enforcer, and after untold lifetimes together, the two's Souls are seemingly intertwined.

The Election is a event that only happened once per Dimension Reset, where the politicians of the Central Dimension campaigned against each other to become the new Head of the Central Dimension. The process of being elected first started with each party member coming before the Council and laying out their reasons for running. After the Council spoke with each member, they'd remove all those they deemed unworthy from the race and allow the others to continue. The next step consisted of debates and long in-depth discussions about past Resets. This part of the process could take between a few decades to a few hundred years. The point of these discussions were to weed out all those who were clearly not fit for the position.

The final part of the Election, and the most important part, consisted of each Candidate choosing their own champions from any of the Dimensions and were allowed to train them any way they saw fit. After the training was complete and the date of the actual Election arrived, all the Candidates champions would be put into a free for all death battle, where the last ones standing would win the seat for their Candidate. The champions would also become Enforcers and be permitted to upgrade their current Soul Weapons from their restricted forms, unlocking their full potential.

The main point of the final step of the Election is to showcase the forward thinking of the Candidates, allowing them to show off their knowledge and tactical thinking.

But after the Ultimate Authority Dimension, the Dimension that resides over all other dimensions, even the Central Dimension, made it's existence known and deemed the Central Dimension incompetent. Their original plan was to erase all of existence and recreate it, but after Wyntir, the Leader of the Enforces, went to their reality to challenge them, they adjusted their plans. It is unknown what happened to Wyntir after this, but what is known is that the leaders of the U.A.D. decided to combine all dimensions into a single reality and only erased all those in the Central Dimension. That is, everyone but the Enforcers. The reason for this can only be assumed to be the doing of Wyntir, as there is no other reason they'd be spared.

Kayliee is a very imposing woman, standing taller than any of the other Enforcers, with only Bronwyn coming close to her in height. She is very often mistaken for a man, as her muscles rivals most she comes across. She's fiercely protective of Bronwyn, her partner in eternity.

(With every character I release, I will be revealing more of the background to the world they inhabit. This is all for a comic/story I have been working on for the last 8 years. I look forward to drawing up the next few characters!)
