Not really resolved, despite a lot of effort-Β I came across this amazing sculpture of an alien womanΒ(see below) loved the pose and thought to do a quick comicbookish treatment .. it was neither as quick or as effective as I hoped, but there you go- mistakes made, lessons learned, move on.
