the farm I was raised on had a small orchard, so there was always at least one 'tree fort' every summer.
Rather than have us risking out necks, my father climbed up and built a solid platform for us in the crook of a big macintosh tree.

Had my fist kiss in that treehouse and likely my first cigarette +(
